The Moon (DuckTales) || Prog-Metal Cover by Ro Panuganti
The Moon from DuckTales... what a perfect occasion to fly to the moon!
This one is a PATREON Request from long-time supporter and cool dude Spankyworks! Given May's Theme of \"Space\" tunes, we got some incredible sci-fi tunes from all over the music-sphere! Nonetheless I knew ages ago that I would want to cover The Moon theme and cover it right. From the exciting opening in 15/16 time to its cute chord-changes and bouncy adventurous melody, this song just screams progressive rock. Using \"Learning to Live\" by Dream Theater as an obvious starting place, I threw as much love as I could within the week to get this song solid and arguably better mixed than anything I've done!
For the video, I was a bit pressed for time working on my Pokemon Album and 100 other things, so I just decided to tripod it! I constructed the Moon set in Element 3D using some free assets, but so much lighting VFX caused this thing to literally render for 4-6 hours before I could even cut together the music video! Beyond that, I truly enjoyed making this request come to life and I want to play this one live for sure! I hope you're all okay with this wacky direction I'm taking too, there'll be more traditional videos to come soon!
I'm Ro P. and I make progressive-rock music, covers, and more! If you like crazy riffs, diverse rockin' tunes, or video games you should check out my channel!
I do NOT make TABS or SHEETS for my music. #DuckTales #VGM #RoPanuganti
