Mensu was a Japanese noise rock/post-punk band active from the mid-1980's to the early 1990's. Menstruation is their only album.

Mensu's style is influenced by the likes of Public Image Ltd, Bauhaus, and Lydia Lunch. Drummer Yuka Yoshimura (aka Yoshiko) later played drums with Japanese experimental rock group OOIOO.
