This quartet, featuring former members of Stigmata and The Clay People, plays modern sludge rock with a surprising amount of vintage '70s blues. Among the 17 tracks are 4 covers of Acid Bath, Jimi Hendrix, Creedence Clearwater Revival and a tribute to Sleep (Dragonaut among others) acknowledging their influences as well as showing where their roots lie. The best cover track is the classic “Paegan Love Song;” an interesting but very fitting choice thats nowhere near as heavy as the original, but still a great cover.
