[Soul/Electro Funk/Funk/R&B/RnB/Electronic/Pop/Electro] Here is Erroll Starr with his one and only album from Canada titled: \"Temple Of Love\" . A SHAME really because he SLAYS this album. I have no idea why this guy didn't get any fame in the United States because i absolutely love this album....it's a hidden gem that deserves to be listened to by everyone. With songs like \"When I Look In Your Eyes\" (Track 9) and \"Holding Out For You\" (Track 10) it's a tragedy that they went unnoticed, those two tracks are my favorite on this album and believe me if this album had a better marketing strategy in the 80's, those tracks would have EASILY been on the top charts in the states... GUARANTEED! His work has won him accolades in several areas of the music business in Canada. Errol is a multi award winner for radio and television broadcast production in the 1990's, as well as a \"Juno Award\" winning singer songwriter and a \"Socan Songwriter of the Year\" recipient in the 1980's. This album had 3 singles which charted in Canada's top 25, resulting with Errol not only winning a Juno, he also appeared twice on the Junos to perform songs from the album. Errol received a variety of other awards from Toronto radio stations and from the Black Music Association for this album. I'm glad he got some recognition but he deserved way more. Today, he has his own music website where he continues to create and release compelling music under the name Errol Starr Francis but it doesn't hold a candle to this R&B masterpiece. This album was released under A&M Records '87.
