One of my favorite Blues songs, \"In the Pines,\" originally recorded by Lead Belly, and famously covered by Kurt Cobain with Nirvana for 'MTV Uplugged,' and then recorded here for my 'Smoke & Mirrors' album at Sun Studio, in Memphis, TN. I recorded it at Sun Studio, and then went back into the studio at FAME in Muscle Shoals AL to add drums to it, at the request of Dodge Motor Co, when they wanted to use it for a commercial.
