This is a forgotten gem of an album, even though it's little more than a decade old. I found a reference to these guys in Phil's sourcelist that he put in \"No Flashlight\", and it seems that he let the band record this album at his studio back in 2004.
What can be said about this? It's phenomenal medieval folk, with modern elements scattered throughout its many branches. I can even see a bit of folk punk in it, even though this may have arrived a few years before that scene really started to establish itself. I don't know if Whysp is still in existence, but they certainly deserve to have more exposure, so here's hoping that this link might give them a few more fans.
All rights go to the band. As usual, I make no money off of this, and will take the video down if a request is made from the band themselves.
