Rescue é uma banda alemã de Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, mais uma daquelas excelentes bandas de melodic hard rock que só lançaram um disco.
Foi fundada em setembro de 1986 por Tharsten Neumann, Jorg Schrader e Henning Reese. De 1988 a 89 tocaram fizera shows e tocaram em diversos festivais locais. No versão de 89, tocaram no festival Ji.ibek e foram vencedores no Festival Prize Special.
A partir de fevereiro de 90, entraram na pré-produção do primeiro álbum com o novo baterista (Jochen Steinberg) e o tecladista de estúdio (Sebastian Kinder). O álbum de estréia Rescue, é lançado em 1991 pela Rockwerk Records, atestando um alto padrão, depois a Long Island Records assume a distribuição do álbum.
Em 93 a banda faz vários shows no norte da Alemanha e possivelmente já compondo material novo. Infelizmente a banda some do mapa e num se sabe praticamente nada dos membros, a num ser seus nomes e instrumentos.
Grandes vocais, embora exista um pouco de sotaque, mas isso realmente não me incomoda, desde que haja qualidade e há muito disso aqui acredite. Além disso, o uso de teclados neste álbum é simplesmente de tirar o fôlego! Tudo é excelente, e esta versão é a melhor disponível pela net, estranhamente a versão 320 da internet é cheia de clipping e compreensão (algum louco colocou mais compreensão), mas esta aqui é a ripada diretamente do relançamento em CD em 1995.

It was founded in September 1986 by Tharsten Neumann, Jorg Henning Schrader and Reese. Of 1988-89 had played concerts and played at several local festivals. In version 89, they played at Ji.ibek festival and were winners in the Special Prize Festival.

Everything is excellent, and this version is the best available on the net, strangely version 320 the internet is full of clipping and understanding (some crazy put more understanding) but this one is ripped directly from the re-release on CD in 1995.
