This is the eponymous solo debut album by singer-songwriter Masahito Arai (新井正人). Arai was previously in a vocal pop group called Pal (パル), and he also sang the first opening theme song for the Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ anime.
All of the songs were arranged by Nobutaka Tsugei (告井延隆) of the rock/pop group Sentimental City Romance, with strings arranged by violinist Toshihiro Nakanishi (中西俊博) on tracks 2 and 10.
The artwork was illustrated by cartoonist Yuji Kamozawa (鴨沢祐仁), where it tells the story of a man and his dog encountering a shooting star. The characters respectively resemble Tintin and Snowy (or Milou) from Hergé's comic series The Adventures of Tintin.
Track 1 was sampled on Desired's song \"Can't Find Out,\" from the Plastic Whatever album.
NOTE: This album was previously uploaded by La Gemme Auditive before their first channel, so I've taken the liberty of re-uploading this gem. There is a typo in the beginning of the video: \"Kamoawa\" should be \"Kamozawa.\" Also, there is no fade transition between tracks 4 and 5. I apologize for these errors.
君のSTATION (pronounced Kimi-no-Station, or \"Your Station\") is the showcase for music of the \"city pop\" genre. Unlike other channels, however, relatively obscure albums, albums currently existing in low quality, and albums that haven't been uploaded in full, will be seen here on this channel.
