SHINE DELIRIOUS performs FRAGILE- full album, first show- San Francisco, 3 13 13

Playing Next: Bim Sherman - Exploitation (1990) Full Album
Random Page  /  Random Album

This is the first ever performance by the band that would become San Francisco's classic Yes cover band, Shine Delirious. The band was put together specifically for this performance sponsored by SFRMA (San Francisco Rock Music Association) for a special concert benefitting local underfunded school music programs. The show was held at San Francisco's classiest club, the Great American Music Hall exactly 5 years before the date of this posting.

Most of the members had not met prior to the few rehearsals before this show; the mandate was to play a favorite album live, end to end. We chose the classic 1972 Yes album, FRAGILE. A big challenge, but what we lacked in perfection we made made up in love and enthusiasm! And we enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay together and 5 years later constitute California's premier classic Yes cover band.
