Kenny Salmon, a one-time member of the Eric Delaney band and the John Barry Seven, went on to become one of the most sought-after British session players of the 1960s and 70s. He played Hammond organ, piano and other keyboards, as well as composing.

This instrumental was recorded for Themes International Music in 1974.

Originally called "Inter-City Express", it was published as "Sand Yachting".
