Titled Yamar the EP treats us to three originals that soundtrack the memories and experiences from his global travels serving instruments from all corners of the world. His journey begins with Jcar an ethnically charged tech house track aimed at making the floor shake. An accumulation of musical traditions blended to create transcendent tech house bliss. Delivering a groovy percussion line that moves the feet it demonstrates his cultural tendencies with chanting and vocals along an immersive melodic riff. Timujin takes us further into the wilderness for his next track Moon. He opens softly with plucky organic percussion before introducing a stark mesmeric vocal solo. The cut builds ominously the percussion thickens and a bellowing panpipe trills and echoes. Yamar opens with another cavernous bass line and kick this time enhanced by a soft continual synth pad. The percussion focused song is decorated lightly with an ambiguous melodic hum that sings celestially amongst the supporting soundscapes. Offering us an enticing EP thats overflowing with worldly sounds Timujin has built bridges between current genres documenting his memoirs and creating electronic music that transcends the listener into a hedonistic state.
