Forgive me for being absent for the last month or so. I took my culinary talents to New Delhi, part of a soul-cleanse recommended to me by my spiritual council. I got to New Delhi and opened a pop-up food cart, cheekily named Le Gu. I spent one month serving full course meals in goo form to the wonderful people of new Delhi. It was an amazing experience with many adventures. More to come on that but for now I'll share one of my signature goos.
LeClam's Zoo Goo
Ingredients:
animal crackers
milk chocolate
mini marshmallows
vanilla pudding
Recipe: Start by grinding up the animal crackers in a mortar and pestle. Then, put a layer of vanilla pudding down on the bottom of a cup. Next, melt the milk chocolate AND a few mini marshmallows together. Pour the melted mixture over the vanilla pudding. Add a generous amount of crushed animal crackers, give a few clockwise swirls with your swizzle stick for presentation, and serve. WOW. My interim sous chef Mandeep loved this one.
