Who said that in the Nineties Metal was dead? So what about such a killer-album as this one of Californian VISITÖR? It was released in 1993 and still today is a timeless pearl of pure US-Power Metal.
You could compare this band with acts like TOXIK, POWERMAD or RIOT. Means that they are pretty fast, but also have their times in the mid-paced regions. And with Kurt Schulz they also have an excellent singer, whose rough, mid-pitched voice can more than satisfy as well. If you hear songs like the ingenious opener \"P. I. T.\" or \"Dreams\", then you know which fabric Metal-dreams are made from. Superbrilliant stuff! But the absolut hammer-track is \"Visitör\", a divine song as only few can create! Here I get an \"imaginary\" erection to the chin. Brilliant, these riffs, these vocals!
