Altar of Pain were a Death metal band hailing from Madeira Island. Exploring the more aggressive sounds of this music genre we love so much, Altar of Pain went on releasing their first demo in 2010, \"Splattered Remains\", a full-length album in 2011, \"The Ritual Has Begun\" and an EP, \"Severe Scourge\", in 2012. The band ceased their activities the following year, but it's members continue to play this extreme music, which we hope we can promote soon!
Here we have Altar of Pain's second release, their only full-length album. Although this band only lasted for about 3 years, it left a deep scar in the history of Madeira's most aggressive tunes and is still talked about today.
