George Lawson may have been a Memphis-based bandleader. In 1953 he recorded four sides for the Rockin' label. Two of the songs \"Here Comes My Pretty Baby\" featured Harold Stark on vocals, while the other cut \"Wrong Doing Mama\" had Louis Harold providing the microphone chores. But the label held those back, and instead gave Lawson one record with two instrumentals, this being one of them. I have not found any trace where this record was ever reissued on an LP or CD compilation.
