KASHKA is the ongoing folkpoptronica project of Toronto based musician Kat Burns. After fronting the popfolk band Forest City Lovers over three records, she retired the band and began her new solo project: KASHKA. The sound is ever-evolving and packs a pop-punch under memorable melodies, and also runs the gamut into the acoustic world, with stripped down guitars and string arrangements.
