Nearly one year has passed since our last converse and the missing data records MUST be recovered. I trust you have deployed your senior agents in an attempt to recover tape codename {ALI3N COCO3N}

I have recevied notification from Agent 612 (Currently located in Northern Sector) that V/Vm intend to release further classified information on an unsuspecting public. This information I am informed will be transmitted subconsciously through the sonic wave format you have previously been brified about.

This time we have a catalogue number {VVM002 - Privileged Frames For Refrence} I trust this will help your teams efforts.

As previously discussed any person(s) nonintelligence found with copies / recordings of the missing data must be terminated under section Cz55667/43 (4)

I am on a brighter note able to report an overall success rate of 78.8% in terminating holders of the original V/Vm recordings – Up-Link Data Transmissions. We are still concentrating manpower on folders not yet terminated. We are aware of the whereabouts of at least 17% of the individuals remaining and it will only be a matter of time.

V/Vm MUST BE FOUND AND TERMINATED!
