Formed in 1978 Wild Youth were heavily influenced by Iggy Pop and The Stooges, Sex Pistols, New York Dolls etc. The were one of the first Punk Bands hailing from Durban South Africa and split up in 1980 and The Drummer Rubin \"Wildman\" Rose later went into Powerage.
