Simply put, this is far and away the best rip of the seminal New Orleans hardcore band's 1986 LP that I've ever heard. I've only done some minor stereo volume levelling, and I've removed a little of the super high end surface noise. Otherwise, this is as close as most of us will ever get to getting a copy of the record in good condition and putting it on the turntable for ourselves. Now let's hope a pristine copy of 'More Gore' is found behind an old bookcase, sealed in an unearthed southern Louisiana high school time capsule, or in that warehouse where \"top men\" hid the Arc of the Covenant.
