I bought this incredible record on eBay from collector Mike Montgomery. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a very exciting find! \"Baby, Give Me Some of That\" is one of a few songs that banjoist Marvin \"Smokey\" Montgomery wrote for the Light Crust Doughboys to record in the 1930s, but which they could not very well play on the radio, the most popular of which proved to be \"Pussy, Pussy, Pussy.\" This one, recorded in Dallas, Texas, November 30, 1938, features Ken \"Abner\" Pitts and \"Buck\" Buchanan on twin fiddles, Jim Boyd, vocal, \"Knocky\" Parker, piano, and \"Snub\" DeArman, slap bass.
