The band \"I Giullari di Corte\" was founded in 2002. The original members were M. Balestrazzi on bass, A. De Angelis on drums and M. Poggio on electric violin.
The three members, in 2003, recorded a demo called \"In Una Notte di Tempesta\", consisting of 7 tracks.
A few months later the band broke up due to the abandonment of the violinist M. Poggio who chose the orchestral career.
In 2017 Paolo Zacchi, friend of these 3 musicians, had the idea of forming a group inspired by the Italian 70s prog.
After several auditions with different musicians, that didn't satisfy him, he called his friend A. De Angelis for the drums, who suggested M. Balestrazzi on bass.
At this point, by mutual agreement, they have taken some tracks of their old project and we re-adapted them to keyboard and guitar (P. Zacchi do not play the violin) and they created some new tracks.
So they produced 10 finished songs and they went to record Drums track and Bassline in a recording studio.
Then Paolo independently recorded everything else, including the voice in \"Presa di Conscienza\" and \"Il Prezzo\", while in \"Viaggio in Treno Senza Biglietto\" and \"Dolcetto o Scherzetto?\" the voice is recorded by A. De Angelis.
This record was completely self-produced and self-financed.
The current line-up of this band therefore is:
M. Balestrazzi: Bass in every tracks and lyrics in Dolcetto Scherzetto, arrangements
A. De Angelis: Drums, lyrics, voice and acoustic guitar in Presa di Conscienza, arrangements
P. Zacchi: Keyboard, Guitar, Synth, Lyrics, Voice, arrangements and album recording/production.
