- This is the first track I recorded without having something already in mind, I think it came out kinda cool and just went with it.
2. Push the pillow against my face and slowly count to a hundred.
- The best part about writing this is having to sample a good suffocation scene.
- I now don't have any problems with my neighbours, good shit.
3. L' appel du vide
- L' appel du vide translates as \"the call of the void\", ever been near a bridge and a tiny little voice in your head said \"Jump\"?, yeah, that.
- Time signature is in 36/8 ( 3 3 3 2 3 2 2 3 3 2 2 3 3 2 )
- I have too much spare time I guess
- I don't know either.
4. I'm that voice in your head that says \"you should have jumped, now it's late\"
- i just wanted to get all experimental and crazy, I don't know why I even tried a 5/4
- it sounds better on shrooms (Go team Psychedelics!)
5. Drown your cry, drown your cry, drown it (feat Maria Stavrakaki)
- This was written and recorded in about 3 hours.
- it reminds me of the soundtrack from Halo.
- you can hear the first and the second take of the vocals combined. Keep in mind this was an improvisation so when we realised that at some point you can hear voicings of thirds, we kept both of them.
- the panning effect is on point (boyee)
6: This whole fucking \"wake up in the morning\" shit is getting tiring
- It is, I miss Samothraki
- Sometimes, it gives me the chills
7. Nodus Tollens (feat Stefanos Seviloglou)
- Nodus Tollens: the sudden realisation that nothing in your life makes sense
- This is Stefanos' first take on the kemence improv.
8. This album is over, now everything is worse
- Had it not been suggested from Nefeli (as mentioned earlier), this song wouldn't exist
