Vaughn Meader left Cadence records in 1963 to record for MGM. \"Have Some Nuts!!!\" was to be his first comedy album that didn't include his Kennedy impersonation, for which he was so famous. This strategy could have worked. Unfortunately, he was a little too late. This album was recorded in November 1963, shortly before Kennedy was assassinated, and hit the shelves in early 1964. By that time, nobody wanted to be reminded of the \"First Family\" albums... or Meader.



Just a warning to those of you who are sensitive to non-PC material: There's a -lot- of that on this album!
