I want to do more holiday themed videos and the next holiday coming is St. Patrick's Day. I'm Irish and for anyone who knows Riverdance, you know just how awesome it is.
Just as a brief background, Riverdance was the interval act during the 1994 Eurovision song contest, it's a 6 minute long Irish dancing performance, and although that doesn't sound like much, the song builds up to an amazing finale, and it really changed the way Irish dancing was seen, and it went on to have shows in every country that are continuing today. I highly recommend giving it a watch just once to get a feel of how impressive it actually is.
I've loved this song for years, I specifically remember watching a rerun of this when I was very young, just sitting on the floor in front of my TV and just in awe of the song and performance.
I know I don't play very fast stuff on the channel, I do in my spare time but the songs I do aren't generally difficult so it's nice to be able to let loose and do some fast stuff.
