October Faction - S/T (1985 SST Records SST CD 006) the SST supergroup's (they're basically Black Flag) first album. Surprised this isn't on youtube already. Recorded live in one session in San Francisco in 1984 and mixed later this was originally released on LP (85) and my copy is the 91 CD reissue. It's all one track, and I know that's how it's presented here on youtube but on the CD itself it's all just one track. That shit bugs me. There's a Flux Of Pink Indians reissue CD I have that has the same problem. Grr. Otherwise fantastic album. Think of a snarky, punk Phish (that doesn't suck).
