The latest project from this very productive individual was intended to be kept anonymous and ambiguous, but since his face is right there in the artwork, if you know you know.



With Cyhyraeth we get raw black metal delivered in feral and spontaneous sounding fashion, but underpinned with a sense of sublime melodicism that elevates the raggedy harshness. The elegant spirits of hideous nocturnal devils of the band name itself - taken from Welsh mythology, Cyhyraeth is a banshee-like spirit that appears around person’s death, and especially at times of epidemic, emitting a ghostly moaning wail.



The album will be released on vinyl through Appalachian Noise some time in the Summer.
