Rare LP from an obscure New York rock band named Toys. Nobody had uploaded all of the tracks onto the web, so I decided to take initiative and post the whole thing, since I own the album. Apparently, these guys had some sort of following throughout the '80s. One source claims that they had a song called \"Killed by You\", which was featured on several compilation albums. Apparently, the song also had a music video, (which would be interesting to see) that ended up winning them an award from Sony and the American Film Institute. I can't find any trace of the song, nor its music video on the web, as well as this album supposedly being a Billboard Magazine Top Album Pick.
UPDATE: I have since come in contact with one of the many lead singers of Toys via Facebook. She confirmed the Billboard Top Magazine claim and the song \"Killed by You\" and its music video existing. In fact, you can view said video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCgTVcKYLw0
(In that video, the credits state that the track comes from an album called \"Aural Sects\" (subtle), so maybe this group didn't just put out one album. Though it still baffles me how these guys won an award from Sony and the AFI, yet still remained this obscure New York rock band.)
