A #14 Hot-100 hit for Robin Ward, which entered the chart in November, 1963. Dot also released an album named after the single but it failed to chart.
Robin was also known as Jackie Ward and, as such, was a session vocalist, who sang the female part in Pat Boone’s #6 hit in 1962, “Speedy Gonzales”.
Robin’s follow-up, “Winter’s Here” bubbled under at #123 and that ended her chart run. However, she continued to be an active session vocalist, doing TV work and commercials. In the early 70s, she was one of the female singing voices for the Partridge Family.
