Siamo al capitolo 9 della saga con Madge Midgely, un doppio di oltre un'ora e mezza tessuto durante questo primo scorcio di anno. Ed è il risultato di una sceltra fra numerose composizioni, sospinte per un buon numero da sketches in presa diretta realizzati da Madge ai quali mi sono affiancato con i miei strumenti e mixandoli in modo adeguato, che da miei ritagli personali.
Sempre una grande esperienza immergersi, e perdersi, nella miriade di spunti e stimoli e azioni concrete che questa avvincente combinazione offre praticamente all'alba di ogni nuovo giorno, o nella notte (il fusorario, il dimentico e poco poetico il fusorario).
Data la mole di materiali, e il futuro che ancora esiste, in sostanza il Volume 10 è già in corsa. Non resta che respirarlo.
Un rigraziamento forte a Mrs. Marjorie Chapman che è radiosamente presente in un paio di brani allo space drum.
We are at chapter number 9 of the saga with Madge Midgely, a double LP of over an hour and a half woven during this first part of the year. And it is the result of a choice between numerous compositions, driven by a good number of direct sketches made by Madge to which I joined with my instruments and mixing them in an appropriate way, and by some of my personal cutouts.
Always a great experience to dive, and get lost, in the myriad of ideas and concrete stimuli and actions that this exciting combination offers practically at the dawn of each new day, or at night (the time zone, the forgetful and little poetic time zone).
Given the amount of materials, and the future that still exists, essentially Volume 10 is already in progress. Just breathe it.
