Information about FALCATA:



One of the first Black Metal bands singing in spanish worldwide and direct heirs of underground cult band Dark Drakkar, through Winds Of The North and Bastul; was born as result of good friendship and similar musical cosmovision shared between its two members since 2005.

Unfortunately, economical and personal issues havoc both after Bastul`s split up, and they sadly bury their dream in 2011.

In 2020`s beginning, their troubles finally culminated at an emotional reunion, in the same studios that saw Diosa´s EP birth 13 years earlier.

And they raised again their two eternal banners: Melodic Black Metal in its own personal way, full of nuances; and the enhancement of Iberian imagery, mythology and history as a basis for contemporary human soul`s cold dissection in its miseries and shadows.
