Hellhound Publishing is proud to present the long sought after, unearthed recordings, from New Hampshire experimental punk/post-punk band, FUGITIVES & REFUGEES. \"In Living Hell\" was a 7\" EP that was recorded with Jay Maas (formerly of Defeater) @ The Getaway Group in 2008. After some difficulty keeping a stable touring line up the band dissipated before releasing the musicians' seminal work.
