Delius from Los Angeles! ... Felix Slatkin made many recordings of light popular classics with the Hollywood Bowl Symphony but with his own Concert Arts Orchestra he was able to venture into somewhat more esoteric repertoire. Amongst his Capitol LPs with this group was an all-Delius selection that included the music heard here. It comes from a CD reissue on the Pristine Audio label (PASC190).
