The Delay In The Universal Loop is 20-year-old Italian musician and producer Dylan Iuliano.
Split Consciousness was released July 7, 2015 in the US via Moon Sounds Records (digital/CD) and Dilated Time / Cemetery Sisters (cassette)
Dylan played more than 40 shows between USA and Europe in the past year.
In September he toured Europe in support to the record, and in October and November he will play some festivals across America, including CMJ in New York City and Festival Ajusco in Mexico City
