Ma, She’s Making Eyes At Me (Clare-Conrad) by Kay Kyser & his Orchestra, vocal by Sully Mason

This was the Kyser band’s second recording of “Ma,” previously done in a less swinging version for Brunswick three years earlier. Introduced in 1921 as “Ma! He’s Making Eyes At Me,” the standard was often associated with the career of Eddie Cantor.
