The top comment on the original video states the following
\"Yes, folks, this song is based on a real suicide case of a 14-year-old girl who jumped off the 13th floor of her apartment building on the 24th of November, 2013. Apparently she live streamed it from her phone on a site called FC2. Her twitter account is still there, it's rorochan_1999.
Edit: From what I've been able to glean from blog posts, Q&A pages and forums, she was a regular streamer who was relatively popular, her stream getting several hundreds of viewers at a time. She apparently was something called a \"net idol\" and her streams reportedly tended to be \"erotic\". It seems she would pander to \"lolicons\" (Japanese word for pedophile/hebephile). According to one source, one of her live streams was titled \"エロいメンヘラ処女\", which directly translates to \"erotic, crazy maiden\".
It's also clear that she said that she was live streaming her suicide to \"become a legend\". All in all, she was clearly mentally not okay.
Edit 2: Seeing as there is growing interest in this topic, it's important to not forget that Roro is not the only minor who has ever ended their life, and she's not even the only minor who has live streamed it. A quick search for \"live streamed suicide\" will provide several more tragic cases. One of the youngest ones one can find is of a 12 year old American girl named Katelyn Nicole Davis\"\"
