It`s time for a new session:) I was inspired by a documentary about the experiments at the BBC Radiophonic Workshop in the late 50`s / early 60`s. I created a loop, using tape, 80 cm long. Played on 3 3/4 ips it holds 1 bar loop on aproximately 64 bpm. I used two turntables to generate the sound. I created locked grooves on the vinyls by sticking adhesive tape on the surface. Records used in this session: Ø (Mika Vainio) - Oleva 2x 12`` (Sahko) and Jo Thomas - Alpha 12" (E82). Equipment - Revox A77, Technics sl 1200 mk2, Technics sl 1100 and a very basic dj mixer "Acoustic Control". All of the "instruments" used on this session are borrowed (the Revox and the mixer) or a gift (both turntables, the E82 vinyl).
