We thought Smudge had knocked it out of the park when they opened Pure Pop's Summer of Classic Albums presented by Rockwiz with Modern Lovers.
The very next night, Pure Pop stalwart and fan favourite Jack Howard went to the complete other end of the spectrum and performed the classic Reach Out album by Burt Bacharach.
Assembling an amazing group of musicians to join him, the performance was as near perfect as one can be. The atmosphere in the courtyard could only be described as joyous.
