"With this album, I wanted to create something as authentic to me as I could, so I made a conscious effort to ignore outside influence and just try and vibe each note or chord off the last.
I figured the best way to do that is to physically play as much as I can outside of the computer (using my various synths, acoustic guitars or any of the random percussion bits I have accumulated over time). Therefore each track was born out of jamming, creating loops and then jamming over the loops and so on. Finally it was pieced together and polished up, stretched, chopped, added to and re-arranged in the DAW." - Sapien
