The Divine Anthropocene
The Divine Anthropocene is a collection of songs about mankind and all its challenges and problems such as social inequality, intolerance, war and the exploitation of nature. Topics with high relevance maybe especially in our present times. The term anthropocene stands for the proposed current geological epoch which is characterized by human influence on the earths ecosystem. Thus the album title refers to the arrogance and pride of the human being seeing itself as the superior race and disregarding its own imperfection – haughtiness comes before the fall!
