Gli Imagination sono stati un gruppo soul e dance inglese formatosi nei primi anni ottanta. Hanno vinto 4 dischi di platino, 9 d'oro e oltre una dozzina di dischi d'argento in tutto il mondo tra il 1981 ed il 1983.
Il loro più grande successo fu senza dubbio Just an Illusion e raggiunse la seconda posizione nel marzo 1982; fu seguito da Music and Lights, In the Heat of the Night (che diede anche il nome al loro secondo album) e Changes.
