Hey guys! Here's something a little different for ya!

Crypt of the Necrodancer is a modern indie game that's all about traversing dungeons and slaying monsters to the rhythm of some super rad music.

The original Notorious D.I.G aka Fortissmole features some super rad hip-hop style vocals on top of some cool trance beats. While that might sound like the furthest thing in the world from metal, the groove is actually insanely heavy and the chord progression is metal as heck.

The most challenging part of this cover was definitely the vocals. I did the best job I could to lay down what is essentially some sick death metal rapping. I'm actually very surprised I pulled it off. Overall the genre swapping was a complete success and I'm super happy with the outcome!

I hope you guys dig this cover as much as I enjoyed making it!
