I went to Oklahoma to visit Alpharad while he was working on his new upcoming album and we thought it would be super fun to put together a cover for my channel while we had the time in there!
I have done countless songs from Persona 5, but not a single one from the other games so we thought it would be a great opportunity to hit up this one since most of us are huge Persona fans. Alpharad originally just wanted to do some acoustic guitars, but he sounded really awesome doing the verse. Luke picked up the song on bass really easily and has an amazing talent of creating really tasty basslines so I just had to have him on this. Adriana did amazing as always. It was actually an amazing opportunity to have Adriana record on that Nuemann U 87. It's an absolutely incredible and iconic mic and they had it available at this studio to use so it was a real treat.
Getting to work with Johnny Manchild was an absolute blast since he's a great engineer and player. He was eager to add all sorts of fun stuff including all the synths and he did an incredible job on drums. I had a lot of fun putting this together with so many talented people!
