Steve Bender was born Karl-Heinz Bender and was probably best known for being part of German disco band Dschinghis Khan and their Eurovision entry by the name same in 1979. The year before that, Bender had released an album on Telefunken, We've Gotta Get Out Of This, also including his 1976 single with Donna Summer's producer Pete Bellotte, The Final Thing (covered by Joy Fleming in 1978).
I have expanded the album with Bender's two Jupiter singles from the early 80s and a one-off single on Ariola late '83 as well as an early '76 single under the name Carl Bender, also written and produced by Bellotte.
