Bobbie Comber (1886 -1942), comedian and actor, appeared in several films and made many records (probably the best known would be \"Barnacle Bill The Sailor\") in the 1930s. He would probably be better known today had he survived to work in the post war period but, regrettably he died fairly young in 1942.

In his appearance and mannerisms Bobbie rather reminds me of Ronnie Barker; obviously a very funny and talented man.
