Released as the flipside of Clinton’s hit “Cry, Baby, Cry” ( https://youtu.be/0SAT7nIabl8 ), the tune--co-written by George Jessel--was heard on various occasions throughout RKO’s delightful Ginger Rogers-Jimmy Stewart comedy “Vivacious Lady,” most notably when sung by Ginger in her nightclub scene.
