Smogtown / Teenage Knockouts - Split CD (2000 Dead Beat Records DB 27) compilation of two previously released EPs from these two punk bands! This was another clearance bin bookstore find and well worth the 2$. Smogtown is a skate/anti-surf punk band (and I've seen quite a few pictures of them playing live and their bassist wearing a trans pride shirt so that's cool) from Cali and the Teenage Knockouts are a little bit more garage punk, and also from Cleveland OH I've been told. A good split with quite a few tunes that will definitely get stuck in your head. If you like this definitely check out the other stuff they've done!
