From 1982 I believe...(Formed in '81, think this was an 82 release but could be wrong...)
Chicago based band Zero Defekts boast of a one of a kind sound,incorporating the various members musical influences but aping none of them. The group combines Blue Cheer-base brute force with the Smithereens-style songcraft along with a Cream-influence jam aesthetic and ethereal atmospherics.
