1931 FOODTOWN POPS REVUE featuring WINNIE SHAW on a16\" SHELLAC 331/3rpm radio transcription, with inside start, being played on my electric portable 1948 RCA VICTOR TRANSCRIPTION PLAYER, with a 16\" tone arm, and both 78rpm and 331/3rpm speed capability.
A scarce COLUMBIA, Electrical Transcription Division, record No. 340196. Program No. 6, with H. LEOPOLD SPITALNY and His Orchestra, for the McJUNKIN ADVERTISING COMPANY, CHICAGO. A Martin North Production.
These radio transcriptions were sent all across the U.S. to radio stations for airplay. These shellac records were to be returned after broadcast, for destruction, to A. T. Sears & Sons, Inc., 520 North Michigan Ave., Chicago.
