Cant tell you much about this guy, just that it was released in 1956 on Zipp and was a big hit on dance floors when 50's Flash introduced it in about 1983-4.
As for the original label, it was an Akron label, owned by local DJ Cliff Rodgers (deceased). Rodgers operated the label from his house, with a recording studio in the basement. Magnus Music was the label's BMI publishing affiliate.
