Since I've been uploading a lot of Impregnable/Jeff Witscher stuff, I figured I might as well do the same for some of his contemporaries. Privy Seals is a project of Matthew Sullivan who was also active in the LA noise scene in the mid 00s. He would go on to record under other names such as Earn and part of projects like 1958-2009. This is also the first release on his amazing label, Ekhein.
